Brunching at The Envoy

The Envoy celebrates Hong Kong’s rich colonial history and pays tribute to Sir Henry Pottinger, with a British themed brunch. Diners can look forward to a Sunday Colonial Brunch that carries a tantalizing menu carefully curated by Malaysian-born Mixologist Amanda Wan and Chef de Cuisine Kohli Chetan. Located on the 3rd floor of The Pottinger Hotel, at the intersection of Stanley Street, The Envoy's indoor and outdoor area are a fabulous location for brunch with friends this weekend!

THE BRUNCH
You can find classics like eggs benedict, a traditional roast, lamb rump, however don't miss out on The Envoy Fish and Chips (HK$188)  made with a Marsala batter, as well as the Butter Chicken Waffles (HK$178), a delicious medley of Saffron & cardamom waffles, pickled cucumber, seared pancetta, apple mango chutney.

Desserts include a Milo Lava French Toast and Ice-Cream Waffles that are sure to satisfy any sweet cravings you may have. To accompany your meal steeped in Hong Kong’s heritage, you can enjoy a Pandan Latte/Yin Yang Latte, free flow Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut Champagne at an additional $268 or free flow Red/White Wine at $208.
