Served at both branches of The Chop House (TST and CWB) on June 18-19, the Father’s Day All-Day Menu (for a minimum of two guests) has a robust and satisfying character that provides communal family comfort with shared platters between loved ones featuring dishes that please dad. More often than not, that means meat (and lots of it), and The Chop House duly obliges.
To begin, we’ll serve The Chop House Cold Cuts Meat Platter, an shared plate of farmhouse charm (portioned by pairs according to your party size) with premium prosciutto, beef salami, pork liver terrine, creamy burrata, piquillo peppers, artichokes and the unmissable bread pairing of lovely garlic herbed ciabatta. To follow is the individual soup course, a hearty and spice-laden bowl of Cajun Potato Soup served with juicy chorizo that entices the taste buds for more to come.
And there is more to come, friends! The shared Main Course Platter is succulence and flavour defined with roasted Australian beef tenderloin, a fork-tender twice-cooked lamb shank, the beautiful slow-roasted pork ribs and plump duroc pork sausages, served on a bed of potato gratin with garden vegetables on the side. Cake seems a fitting finale for a celebration of dads, so let there be cake! For your shared dessert, we present a Mini Rum & Hazelnut Chocolate Cake, a moist and balanced sweet treat served with extra chocolate chips for the naughtier ones at the table. With freshly brewed tea or coffee to conclude, the Father’s Day All-Day Menu is priced at $228 (+10%) per diner.
Mandarin Grill + Bar and Clipper Lounge Brunch & Dinner
This Father’s Day the Michelin-starred Mandarin Grill + Bar and Clipper Lounge will offer scrumptious champagne brunches for diners to indulge in an enormous selection of seasonal delights, including the legendary Mandarin breakfast, seafood specialities, and whimsical desserts.
Enjoy an Oyster Ice Bar, Sushi Garden, an assortment of carving and berkel stations, and popular desserts buffet-style followed by an à la carte menu of brunch favourites to choose from, all complemented with Blanc de Blanc Ruinart Champagne in the Michelin-starred Mandarin Grill + Bar. Father’s Day Champagne Brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is priced at HKD1,398 +10% for adults and HKD648 +10% for children, with each father receiving a special sweet treat from our pastry team to take home.
Clipper Lounge’s ‘R’ de Ruinart Champagne Buffet Brunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and priced at HKD698 +10% for adults and HKD398 +10% for children, with each father receiving a special sweet treat to take home the pastry team.
In the evening, Clipper Lounge’s Dinner Buffet is served between 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and is priced at HKD628 +10% for adults and HKD348 +10% for children. The buffet menu offers not-to-be-missed dishes that include a selection of sushi and sashimi varieties, Japanese and Korean themed dishes such as double boiled chicken soup with Korean ginseng, braised Korean beef short ribs marinated in Korean spicy sauce, Korean seafood pancake prepared à la minute, a selection of yakitori and tempura, alongside a raw bar with over 45 sweet treats for dessert. To complement the experience, chef will prepare à la minute a 40 gram piece of Japanese A3 wagyu beef sirloin and a 40 gram piece of Korean beef rib eye for each guest.

Spasso thanks dads by the form of a buffet, with something for the entire family. The buffet selection offers plenty of choices for vegetarians, pescetarians, and die-hard carnivores. The buffet comprises five food stations, by starting with a hot soup from the kettle, before embarking on the cold buffet piled high with fresh cut vegetables, salads, sushi, sashimi, cold cuts, Boston lobster, yabbies, mussels, shrimps and freshly shucked oysters. Don't miss out on the rustic home-style antipasti, including stuffed vegetables with meat, and "torte salate" - traditional Italian-style quiches, caprese salad, artichokes, grilled vegetables, regional cheeses, charcuterie and carpaccio. The hot dishes include an irresistible carvery station with fresh roast meats, a pizza station firing hand thrown pizzas, alongside cooked Italian favourites. At DiVino Patio Dads can enjoy a new a la carte menu offering plenty of healthy options for diet-conscious Dads who prefer to keep it light but still indulgent. Chefs recommendations include: baby spinach salad with quinoa, fresh fennel, grapefruit, heart of palm and pecan nuts; slow cooked cuttlefish tagliatelle, riso venere, ‘soffritto crudo’ and bottarga di muggine roe; hand-made large pappardelle tossed with a porcini Chianti and Tuscany sausage ragoût; home-made tortelli filled with a rich Australian lamb shoulder stew and glazed with fresh thyme and white truffle butter; porcini rubbed sea bass fillet with celeriac purée, baby carrots and port wine sauce; and pan roasted coffee infused Australian Thomas Farm lamb rack, wild berries lamb jus reduction. DiVino Patio offers a special kids menu with pasta and pizza plus treats to keep the kiddos very content and a little kids area for them to play!

Morton's of Chicago
To celebrate this coming Father’s Day, premium steakhouse Morton’s of Chicago is welcoming fathers and their children with an exclusive cooking class led by the Hong Kong restaurant’s top chefs. On Saturday 18th June, dads and their kids can spend a fun afternoon in the Morton’s dining room creating their very own 4-course meal featuring dishes from Morton’s award-winning menu. On the menu, Hearts of Palm Salad, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, featuring fresh crab meat and signature seasonings, Prime Burger for the main, which will be grilled to perfection by Morton’s head chef. The lesson will finish with a classic Morton’s crowd-pleaser and firm favourite with the kids, the Double Chocolate Mousse. After the class, the new Morton’s mini Chefs and dads can sit down to enjoy the tasty results of their efforts in the welcoming New York-style restaurant setting which boasts a stunning sea view overlooking Victoria Harbour.
To commemorate the day, each duo will receive a picture of their day in a Morton’s photo frame. And a further reward for all their hard work, each pair get to take home the Morton’s aprons they wore during the class and a copy of Morton’s Steak Bible cookbook, so they can continue to recreate the Morton’s menu together at home. This exclusive event will run from 12:00 to 2:30p.m. and is available for up to 12 father and child pairs.

At Harbourside, free-flowing Perrier-Joüet Champagne, beer, wine, fresh juices and soft drinks are just the start of their Father’s Day Brunch. Enjoy your drinks with a side of hand-made sushi and freshly sliced sashimi and a selection of chilled fresh seafood including lobster. Food stations plan to razzle dazzle all dad's with pan-fried foie gras and grilled seafood (lobster, sea bass, calamari and prawns) and a 9 layer Korean Seafood Tower. Enjoy three kinds of Baked Oysters, plus Eggs Benedict, a selection of Asian dishes, plus a carving station with long-bone USDA Prime Beef, whole roasted Baby Lamb, and Whole French Fish. The buffet also includes a Charcuterie Selection with 12 kinds of cheese from France and the finest ham and salami from Italy and Spain.
Executive Chef Nicola Canuti and his team are preparing a selection of special dishes for the Father’s Day Brunch and Dinner Buffet which include a pass-around mini-burgers made with prime Korean Beef (during Sunday Brunch and the 1st seating of the dinner buffet). Action stations will include Hot Oysters, Foie Gras (with Japanese Eel and Sancho Pepper Sauce), Grilled Seafood and Peking Duck. Specialty dishes will include Sea Urchin, Spanish Tuna Sashimi from the cold buffet and “Catch of the Day” with Steamed Chinese Fish, plus Sea Cucumber with Chinese Shitake Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce, Japanese Stuffed Crabshell, Sautéed King Prawn and Bell pepper with XO Sauce, Fish Maw with Vegetables and Sautéed Razor Clams and Asparagus with Black Bean Sauce.
The decadent dessert buffet includes crepes made-to-order and a chocolate fountain, plus an extravagant assortment of freshly baked pastries and cakes. Gather the family and discover the 2-Michelin star Cantonese cuisine of Yan Toh Heen. From exquisite dim sum to set lunch options, for Father’s Day, Chef Lau has created two set lunch menus at HK$468 and HK$888 per person.
Lunch Menu A (@ HK$468 per person) menu includes the Chef’s Dim Sum Selection (Braised Whole Abalone and Seafood on a Crispy Taro Net, Steamed Garoupa and Pork Dumpling with Gold Leaf and Steamed Assorted Mushrooms with Fungus and Vegetables Dumpling), followed by Double Boiled Chinese Cabbage with Yunnan Ham and Black Chicken. Next is Wok-fried Pork with Bellpepper and Fennel; Steamed Scallop with Crabmeat Roe and Tofu; Inaniwa Noodles with Prawns in Tomato Broth; Double Boiled Tien Tsin Pear with Snow Fungus and Almonds and finally, Chilled White Sesame and Milk Pudding.
