Jinjuu's NEW Summer Dishes

Jinjuu celebrates this Summer with some delicious seasonal eats. Celebrity chef Judy Joo has rolled out a number of exciting new dishes and also launches a fun foodie kids menu at 50% off. 
The new Summer additions include Spicy Doenjang Clams with steamed Boston Cherry Stone clams, gochujang & doenjang-infused broth, smoky pancetta, chives and chillis (HK$160); Royal Ddeokbokki with stir-fried Korean rice cakes, bulgogi-marinated Australian beef fillet, and soy & ginger-infused sauce with spring onion, sesame seeds and crispy shallots (HK$130); Steak Platter featuring superior grade 9 Hanwoo Korean beef, USDA prime rib-eye and 2 pieces of bulgogi-marinated Australian beef fillet skewers to cook on a hot lava rock, served with soy glaze, kimchi bearnaise, truffle sesame oil, kimchi, salad, seaweed, ssam jang and rice (HK$650, for two); Grilled Spicy Gochujang Marinated Tiger Prawns with pan-fried yuja gochujang-marinated Thai tiger prawns, served with yuja-pickled salad (HK$270); and finally, the show-stopping Lobster Bibimbap made with Canadian lobster, greens, pea shoots, perilla & tobiko caviar, served with truffle soy sauce (HK$250, + $100 with truffle supplement).

Bring out the foodies in your kids by indulging them in Jinjuu’s newest kiddie menu! Loved by even the pickiest little critics, dishes include Kids Beef Tacos (HK$100), Kimchi Fried Rice & Beef Skewer (HK$120), Fish Goujons (HK$120), Chicken Lollies (HK$100). The menu is available on Mondays–Fridays from 3pm-6pm, Saturdays from 4pm-7pm and Sundays from 4pm-late. In an uber special promotion from now until 31 August, each child gets 50% off his or her meal in celebration of the launch – so get moving, and make that booking for the family now!
