Cóm Bánh Mì may be modeled after the traditional houses of Old Hội An, but on the inside it’s definitely not your everyday Vietnamese eatery. Their focus is Bánh Mì sandwiches and Vietnamese Cóm Gà, or Chicken and broth steamed rice wrapped in Paper. Cóm Bánh Mì hits the spot by infusing a bit of Hong Kong into their food, the result is a playful twist on Vietnamese classics.
