New & Notable: Cull 'N Pistol

7 April 2016

Hamachi Tataki

Cull ’N Pistol is Sai Wan Ho's newest addition to the seafood scene. This rustic, relaxing and enticingly fresh seafood experience is NOW OPEN and is named after lobsters that have one or both claws missing. Cull 'N Pistol serves up home-style cooking that celebrates the natural quality of excellent seafood with comfort in mind. With a focus on respecting precious ingredients with simple and unpretentious preparation, here we can expect to find a menu filled with seafood, seafood and more seafood!

Truffle Burrata Salad

Truly, the mighty lobster is one of nature’s most beloved culinary gifts and the star of the show at Cull ’N Pistol, sourced exclusively from the pristine cold waters of northern Canada. Also check out the mouth-watering Seafood Platters of ocean-sweet seafood, a worldly selection of freshly shucked oysters of acclaim, world-famous king crab legs, juicy lobsters, crayfish and assorted crustaceans. You can savour great pots of steaming Clams and Mussels, cooked in your choice of sauce base and served with crusty-fresh bread to soak it all up. Or, dedicate yourself to your one true love of the sea and weigh in on a range of individual seafood options, served hot or cold. In the mood to share? Don't miss out on the Clam Bake with clams, lobster, crayfish, mussels, shrimp, chorizo, corn and fingerling potatoes, cooked family-style in a deep shellfish broth.

Clam Bake

This New England-inspired seafood joint boasts a traditional New England Clam Chowder, a scrumptious Potted Shrimp (with smoked butter, sourdough and cornish pickles), ocean-fresh Octopus or Ahi Poke, the enticing Hamachi Tataki and House-Cured Salmon Gravlax.
