New & Notable: Ee Da Le

In partnership with ZS Hospitality Group, Hong Kong’s beloved celebrity chef Harlan Goldstein is excited to announce the launch of his newest brainchild venture, Ee Da Le. The 1,800 sq. ft. casual Italian eatery is the first to open out of four new concepts slated to launch in No. 8 Lyndhurst Terrace. We can expect hearty sharing plates, good wine and some innovative food from Ee Da Le. With the dining room seating up to 62, Ee Da Le’s private room, which seats 7 is great for business lunches, birthdays and other special occasions. 

The menu boasts classic Italian comfort foods elevated by Harlan Goldstein’s signature flair, featuring stunning meats, jet-fresh Italian seafood, and lovingly handcrafted pastas that would make any Italian grandmother beam with pride. With fresh ingredients flown in from Italy, and Harlan’s signatures will include antipasti of Char Grilled Octopus (HK$168), a herb-marinated & charcoal-grilled Sicilian octopus with sopressata, baby gem, potato crema & Taggiasca olives; Mama’s Meatballs (HK$108), made with veal, beef & pork sausage and slathered with Sunday gravy, as well as Crudo di Mare (HK$168) with citrus-flavored sea scallops, sea urchin, baby-cress, fennel, anchovies & sun-dried tomatoes.

Delicious signature mains will include Madam Chu’s Signature Linguini (HK$488), with red prawns, baby shrimp, basil & bottarga; Lobster Risotto (HK$338) with Mediterranean lobster, shellfish jus, basil & parmiggiano; Baby Pig (HK$290) with Roman-style slow-cooked baby pig, grilled baby lettuce, green apple & mustard jam; Bistecca, a Tagliata-style 12oz (HK$380) or 24 oz (HK$720) prime rib-eye steak with salsa rosso, arugula & balsamic; and Jet Fresh Fish of the Day (MP), cooked and prepared in a rustic Italian style.

Ee Da Le has is now soft opened for lunch, dinner and drinks.
