Now soft open to the public: Foxglove, named after the flower, is a new elegant establishment modeled on the great drinking dens of the 1950s. Set within 4,300 square feet on one floor, Foxglove lets you travel back in time to an era of elegance and exclusivity. Brought to us by Ming Fat House, the same group behind Mrs. Pound - because we love Mrs. Pound - we are excited about Foxglove!
On offer is a selection of rare cognac and spirits, bottled in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s and aged for as long as half a century. Bottles from defunct distilleries as well as Japanese cask-strength whiskies are also available. For the food, expect European fare including an executive set lunch, canapé selections from the bar snacks menu and an à la carte dinner menu. Signature dishes to check out include the Lobster Tagliatelle, Beef and Foie Gras Sliders, Maine Lobster Roll, French Lamb Rack and Roasted Guinea Fowl.
The main lounge area accommodates 80 guests seated with the focal point of the room -- a stage, where Foxglove’s resident jazz band and special acts will perform live sets every week. For intimate gatherings, a VIP room, inspired by first-class train cabins, offers seating for up to 32 guests.
