Seafood Room's grand opening on 21 April was one of the most anticipated and talk-of-the-town restaurant openings yet, with Hong Kong's most distinguished guests in attendance. Diners and guests had the opportunity to experience the expansive 8,000 sq ft dining room that brings an all-new interactive seafood experience to the city, led by Executive Chef James Cornwall.
Located on the top floor of newly constructed Tower 535 in Causeway Bay with a dazzling 270 degree view of the Victoria Harbour, Seafood Room's terrace and 2,000 sq ft rooftop lounge is NOW OPEN to the public. With an endless list of drinks on offer, we look forward to their mouth-watering light bites such as John Dory Fish & Chips, Deep-fried Calamari, and more to come soon.
