With the demand of fresh and healthy food still running strong in Hong Kong, Tartine is one to not miss, as this new two-storied establishment looks to reinterpret the farm-to-table dining experience.
Some say "Brushetta", some say "Bruschetta" but for the Parisien, they are all 'Tartine'. The hot, open-face tartine is a lunchtime staple in Paris’s small neighborhood cafés and bistros. Like an open faced sandwich, or pizza, a tartine is constructed from a thick slice of rustic bread, lightly toasted. A heavenly blend of savory or sweet [or both] toppings along with some delectable cheese.
Located on Lyndhurst Terrace, Tartine is guided by Michelin-starred Philippe Orrico from Nomad Dining as the Chef Consultant. Don't miss out on their namesake tartines - thick-crusted artisan and sourdough breads with a variety of seasonal fresh and delicious spreads and toppings. Those of you who enjoy an after work treat, the third floor offers a casual space for a glass of wine or two, to go with your tartine treats on the terrace.
