Now Soft Open: Bao Bei, a new “Made in Hong Kong” lounge & eatery concept located on Wyndham Street, is now serving classic cocktails and food with an Asian twist in the heart of Hong Kong’s nightlife hub.

Their menu blends Asian and Western flavours using signature ingredients both decadent and nostalgic. Customers can sit back and enjoy Bao Bei’s Signature Cocktails, check out the "Childhood Memory", made with Vita-Soy Malt, Sweet, Mild Spirits, White Rum / Baileys. 

A selection of small dishes with Asian flavours will also be served at Bao Bei, perfect for sharing over happy hour or dinner with friends and colleagues. Check out Bao Bei’s Wagyu Beef “Baoger” (Wagyu Beef – Black Fungus – Kabayaki Sauce – HK$98) and Mapo Tofu Fries (Fries, Minced Pork, Bean Curd, Chili Oil – HK$88). 

The word, “Bao” from Bao-Bei also stands for the steamed Chinese buns that will be served throughout the day. Packed with gourmet fillings, they come in three styles or as a “Bao Trio”. Asian style Desserts such as a childhood favourite, Banana Nutella Crepe Wonton with Marshmallow & Chocolate Sauce (HK$78) will also be served for those craving a sweet ending at the end of their meal.

With Bao Bei, the Wyndham crowds can look forward to tons of fun and entertainment -- Guest DJs on the decks spinning the night away -- Karaoke nights -- happy hours.
