Located just a short drive away from Macau International Airport, and the Taipa Ferry Terminal, Conrad Macao is at the heart of Macao’s Cotai Strip at Sands Cotai Central. Our recent stay at this 5-Star luxury hotel was comfortable, enjoyable and most importantly delicious!

Dining choices, while staying at the Conrad Macao, are limitless -- head on over for some contemporary Chinese cuisine at the hotel’s signature restaurant Dynasty 8, international and Asian buffets at Grand Orbit or the array of international and local restaurants located within the resort complex, there is something to suit every palette.
After a few drinks at the lounge, and dinner at Dynasty 8 (see below) we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast at the Grand Orbit before we checked out. Good company, good service, and most importantly good congee! We enjoyed the assortment of foods that were available. Due to a medley of choices, we threw out any diet restrictions out the window when we found Portuguese egg tarts on offer. Fresh juices, fresh baked bread, Brazil-inspired Churasco, Indian, Thai, and Malaysian cuisine -- for lack of a second stomach, we were unable to try everything, but luckily since Macau is near, we will be back!
For us, the pièce de résistance was Dynasty 8 -- The Conrad Macao's home for classic authentic high-end Chinese cuisine. Dynasty 8 reminded us of all the old Canton restaurants that our families used to go to, while growing up in Hong Kong. With eight private dining rooms each portraying the rich history and decor from Dynasties -- Qin, Han, Sui, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing -- we made mental notes and flagged this restaurant as a great place to entertain out of town guests
All the food we ate was delicate yet rich in flavor, clean old fashioned favorites, served with a contemorary twist by Chef Mak Kip Fu (from the legendary three-Michelin starred Lung King Heen in Hong Kong). Don't miss out on what may be the largest crab claw we have ever had, and rest assured, everything you will order here, will taste amazing!
Until 31 July, the award-winning Conrad Macao, Cotai Central is offering guests the chance to enjoy a late-spring / early summer getaway with savings of up to 45% off the hotels’ Best Available Rates with rates starting from just HKD1,268++.
